Fixtures - Week 3

Ireland vs Wales - Given Wales’s performance to date, I wouldn’t give them a sniff against Ireland at the weekend. Despite the hunger from the Welsh youngsters, their lack of an experienced 10 is showing.
Scotland vs England - The Calcutta Cup will be a tightly contested affair and likely the match of the weekend. England’s line speed has Felix Jones written all over it and there is only one man in the tournament who could make a show of it. Finn Russell.
France vs Italy - Likely to be a similar outcome as the Ireland game in the previous fixture with a pretty dominant performance by France to come.

Scran - North Bridge
Highly recommend booking a table here as the queues outside represent Scran’s popularity with locals and visitors.
We love to see a place that does healthy portions for a reasonable price. It’s perfect pre-matchday grub in my view. With particular reference to their Scottish breakfast.
Makars Mash Bar - Bank Street
Tripadvisor’s Best Restaurant for Everyday Eats in the entire UK for 2022.
The owners felt that classic Scottish dishes weren’t represented on the world stage, despite having heaps of potential. Utilising some of the best local produce combined with a keen eye for detail, leaves visitors with fond memories of what Scottish food is meant to taste like.
The Pear Tree - Nicolson Street
Described as the ultimate destination for rugby supporters in Edinburgh.
Hosting the largest outdoor screen in the city and is absolutely awash with travelling fans when it comes to the Six Nations.
