• Matches will be running from 24-30 July inclusive. 24 teams are competing for that coveted gold medal.

• The Fijian Flyers will be looking to take gold, as they did in Tokyo 2020 (highlights below). However, the home nation France have the Martian that is Antoine Dupont, and will not back down easily.

• France are current favourites at 23/10 to claim gold, with Argentina and New Zealand coming in at 3/1 and 7/2 respectively.

Best Area to Stay in Paris & the Stadium

Republique

• Cannot recommend this area highly enough.

• Teeming with some of the best bars, restaurants and bakeries in all of Paris. Void of any selfie sticks or tourist traps. It is very well connected to the entire city via its metro also.

Stade de France

• Rugby union fans will be all too familiar with this stadium from the World Cup.

• Unlike the RWC, all of the fixtures will be held here and tickets are still available here. They range from €24-€95, with the higher end being for weekend matches.

• The stadium is located on the north side of Paris in Saint-Denis so you can board the RER train from the city centre to the La Plaine - Stade de France stop. It takes roughly 30 minutes to come from central Paris.
