The Premiership Final

Northampton Saints Vs Bath Rugby

The Premiership Final 2024

  • Northampton have come out on top of Bath on 3 out of 4 occasions between the current and prior Premiership season.

  • Bath last topped the Prem in 1994. Northampton’s last Prem title came in extra time against Saracens in 2014.

  • Courtney Lawes and Lewis Ludlam may be particularly motivated to finish strong this season given their departures and desires to eat frogs and baguettes in France next season.

Best Area to Stay in London & the Stadium

  • Richmond is ideal for those seeking a tranquil and scenic escape within easy reach of London's core.

  • Ready access to the Tube makes it incredibly easy to access the entirety of London.

  • Things to do in the area include a visit to Richmond Park & and if you are familiar with the critically acclaimed Ted Lasso, take the Ted Lasso Tour.

  • RFU purchased a 10 ¼ acre market garden in Twickenham for £5,572.12.6. Committee member William Williams was largely responsible for acquiring the land, against much opposition.

  • It becomes known as "Billy Williams' Cabbage Patch". Ever wonder where the Cabbage Patch pub got its name?

  • The stadium has a capacity of 82,000 and is the 2nd largest stadium in the UK. Wembley, where highly paid ballerinas play football, is the largest in the UK.

Best Breakfast & Coffee in London for Before and After the Match

Megan’s - Old Town Hall

  • The grub at Megan's is a testament to creativity and innovation, featuring an enticing selection of Mediterranean-style dishes crafted using only the best ingredients.

  • Twickenham is easily accessible from here also with bus routes, taxis and my preferred option, a stroll (albeit 35 minutes). An equally good alternative to here is Bill’s in Richmond. Grab a great hefty fry.

E Pellici - Bethnal Grn Rd

  • E Pellicci isn't your average London cafe. It's a Bethnal Green institution, steeped in history and serving up legendary portions since 1900.

  • Forget fancy frills, E Pellicci focuses on the classics. Their full English breakfast is the star of the show. We're talking perfectly fried eggs, juicy sausages, crisp bacon, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and fried bread – all on a plate that could double as a frisbee.

Other Recommendations

  • Fortitude Bakery - Easily one of the top bakeries in London right now. Serving up the kind of pastries you can see yourself easily inhaling.

  • Kiss The Hippo - Caffeine, Caffeine, Caffeine. Brilliant coffee spot in Richmond to get you going for the day ahead or, to drag you out of the gutters after a hard night prior.

Is your destination not covered?

Heading on a stag, hen or venturing on an away day? You probably encounter the following:

  1. Your friends leave everything until last minute.

  2. They rely on one person to pick what the entire group is doing and where you are going.

  3. If a place is rubbish, your friends turn to you and never let you forget that woefully bad place you took them.

Well, look no further. If you want an itinerary that is based on prior groups’ memorable experiences and local recommendations, just reply to this email.
